Free pilot

Every new unit starts with a free 30-day pilot. No credit card is needed to sign up, and nothing is charged during the pilot. If you don't subscribe when the pilot ends, you are never charged.

Paid subscription

After the pilot, continued use needs a paid subscription. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, at the price shown before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Billing section of your dashboard (Manage or cancel subscription). There is no cancellation fee. After you cancel, your unit keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your data stays until you delete the unit.

Refunds

Until this section is final, cancelling stops future charges, but it does not automatically refund a payment already made.
