1. What Unit Pulse is

Unit Pulse is a tool by Tiny Tool Co. that helps life insurance unit managers and their advisors track activity, pledges, production figures and recruitment. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any insurance company.

2. No advice

Unit Pulse gives no insurance, investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and does not sell or recommend any insurance product. Numbers shown, such as pace and MDRT progress, are simple calculations from what you enter. Always rely on your company's official reports.

3. Your responsibilities

• Enter only the data the app asks for. Do not enter clients' full names, contact details, health information or policy details.
• Follow your insurance company's rules and your own professional obligations, including on using outside tools.
• Keep your password and login links private. Anyone with a unit's invite link can join that unit, so make a new link if it leaks.
• Unit managers are responsible for who they invite and for how they share leaderboard images.

4. Pilot and payment

New units start with a free 30-day pilot. After that, continued use may require a paid subscription billed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, at the price shown before you pay. You can cancel anytime from the Billing section of your dashboard (Manage or cancel subscription), with no cancellation fee. After you cancel, your unit keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can resume before then. When the paid period ends, the subscription stops and you are not charged again; your data stays until you delete the unit. Refunds are covered by our refund policy (draft).

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" during the pilot. It may change, have downtime, or lose data. Export your data regularly.

6. Ending use

You can delete your unit at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by storing client personal data or attempting to break security.

7. Liability

8. Governing law
